Monkey World – Ape Rescue Centre in Dorset provides sanctuary for over 250 rescued and endangered primates of more than 20 different species from around the world.
Daily keeper talks provide a captivating insight into life at the park with guided tours available to pre-book. The park relies upon visitor entry fees and donations in order to continue its work in the rescue and rehabilitation of primates worldwide.
This half term, visitors can have a spook-tacular time at Monkey World. The kids’ activity centre will be open throughout the half term holiday with spooky sand art, creepy crafts and a terrifying trail to keep the little ones entertained.
Plus, on October 31st kids in full Halloween fancy dress get in to Monkey World for free! Prizes will be on offer for the best dressed, youngsters can monkey around in the Great Ape Play Area and the whole family can enjoy a fang-tastic day out.
Find Fennel at Monkey World!
Something spooky is happening at Monkey World this October half term… Everywhere you go, there seems to be a pair of eyes watching you! Pictures of ring-tailed lemur Fennel have popped up all around the park – see if you can spot her eyes peering out at you! Get the Find Fennel trail in your activity pack for just £2 at the park entrance from 20th– 28th October and find out what goes bump in the dark at spook stations around the park, discover creatures of the night and colour in your own loris mask!
