To coincide with Valentine’s Day and half term, The Deep in Hull is encouraging families to find out how animals meet their loved ones in a fun-filled family trail, where you can post your completed entries in a box to be in with a chance of winning a fishy prize.
Join in with arts and crafts, face painting and badge making in the Explorers’ Den, watch divers feeding the magnificent sharks, rays and other species in daily dive shows and see exciting scatter feeds in the tropical Lagoon of Light.
Why not also take the opportunity to get up close to some of the smaller critters at The Deep in the touch pool sessions at Dylan’s Discovery Corner throughout the day. Learn more about native species to the UK including starfish, velvet swimmer crabs and sea urchins. See over 3,500 fish including spectacular sharks, rays, turtles and Gentoo penguins! Don’t forget to take a trip in the glass lift and walk through the viewing tunnel.
The Day Plus Pass allows you, and those with you on the day of your visit, to return to The Deep free of charge for a 12 month period. A Day Plus Pass form will be offered to you at reception when purchasing your tickets. This is included in the normal price of a ticket.
