With ‘Love Your Pets Day’ having taken place on 20th February, Green Dragon Eco Farm in Buckinghamshire is hosting events throughout this week’s February half term (19th to 27th February) to celebrate pets – offering even more animal encounters from the Pets Corner and lots of fun activities and experiences.
The Messy Play Barn has been transformed into a hub of different pet breeds and species, from furry friends to creepy crawlies. Along with daily encounters (with the chance to get up close to the animals), the farm is giving daily keeper talks, providing insight into the pets they have and a host of fascinating facts.
Also featuring are character appearances, meet and greets, games, animal-inspired crafts and the new Love Your Pets wall. The latter is a unique display that allows visitors to pin up their own pictures of and messages to the pets and animals that they love. This will remain as a feature at the farm after the event too.
Tickets are the same price as standard farm admission (Child: £9.95 – Adult: £10.95). All the event extras are included and the farm will be open all week, from 10am to 5:30pm.
