Rothschild’s Giraffe
One of the most endangered giraffe subspecies with only a few hundred left in the wild, all which live in protected areas in Kenya and Uganda. Named after the Tring Museum’s founder Walter Rothschild.

Common giraffe subspecies. Its coat consists of large, polygonal spots outlined by a network of white lines. Favoured habitats include savanna, woodlands and rainforests.
